Jim is the President and Managing Owner of KPG Commercial Management. Having launched and operated a large commercial investment fund, Jim’s background covers the entire life cycle of the commercial real estate industry: from land development to lease negotiations, property management to project financing. His diverse experience has given him the insights to forge a unique style of asset management, designed to create and preserve value for property owners. In addition to overseeing the management company, Jim self-performs many handpicked brokerage and consulting assignments, seeking to add value to every transaction.
Lisa is the Controller, Head of Human Resources, and Senior Vice President of KPG Commercial Management. Working with Jim for the last 12 years, Lisa oversees all accounting and finance functions for the company. In addition to having a mastery of tenant & lease information, Lisa has a great eye for producing ownership reports, financial models and annual budgets to assist in the management of each property.
Frank is a Property Manager with KPG Commercial Management, and he also handles the company’s construction oversight efforts. With a keen eye for detail, Frank has an excellent understanding of how to manage property operations and foresee potential problems. His meticulous personality is well suited to managing the construction and tenant fit-out projects performed by KPG Commercial Management, with the many permitting and contractor issues that often need to be managed.
Chrissy joined KPG Commercial Management in February of 2019, to assist on a part-time basis with various administrative needs, including monitoring vendor and tenant insurance, responding to various tenant requests, and assisting with various accounting tasks. Her role has expanded since 2021, taking on additional responsibilities including various elements of tenant rent collections and billings. Chrissy’s greatest asset in this role is her attention to detail.
Cheryl is a Property Manager at KPG Commercial Management. Cheryl is an incredible talent, with a knack for working with people, and solving problems. In her daily routine, she typically answers complex maintenance needs by coordinating multiple vendors and professionals, providing great service to the tenants at the company’s properties. Her communication skills are greatly appreciated, both inside the company and with all of the parties with whom she interacts.
Austin is a Property Manager at KPG Commercial Management. After graduating from Penn State University, Austin worked for several years as a property accountant. That accounting background, gave Austin a unique budgeting expertise, which proved very useful upon switching to property management in 2017. Over the past five years, Austin has managed a wide variety of office, retail and warehouse properties and he brings that great experience to KPG.
Keith is the Vice President of KPG Commercial Management. His career in commercial real estate spans more than 20 years, and includes roles with large corporate entities as well as opportunistic owners and developers. Having worked on projects and transactions in the distinct positions of landlord, tenant, portfolio-manager, and corporate end-user, Keith has developed a broad awareness of the different perspectives within the industry. His well-rounded background enhances his ability to guide each assignment toward successful outcomes for KPG's clients.
A graduate of Drexel University, Amanda is a Property Accountant for KPG Commercial Management. Amanda assists Lisa with managing all tenant collections and tracking accounts payable and receivable. Despite having joined the firm in 2018, Amanda acts as if she has been handling her responsibilities for a more than a decade. Her attention to detail is appreciated by everyone.
