Jim is the President and Managing Owner of KPG Commercial Management. Having launched and operated a large commercial investment fund, Jim’s background covers the entire life cycle of the commercial real estate industry: from land development to lease negotiations, property management to project financing. His diverse experience has given him the insights to forge a unique style of asset management, designed to create and preserve value for property owners.
In addition to overseeing the management company, Jim self-performs many handpicked brokerage and consulting assignments, seeking to add value to every transaction.
Lisa is the Controller, Head of Human Resources, and Senior Vice President of KPG Commercial Management. Working with Jim for the last 12 years, Lisa oversees all accounting and finance functions for the company. In addition to having a mastery of tenant & lease information, Lisa has a great eye for producing ownership reports, financial models and annual budgets to assist in the management of each property.
Antonio is a KW Commercial agent who has teamed with KPG Commercial Management to grow its portfolio and expand its related brokerage businesses. With an expansive transactional and professional background, Antonio helps clients navigate the complexities of commercial real estate. His professional background spans a diverse range of real estate practice, including financing, structuring, advising, and operating everything from trophy assets in highly prized zip codes to government regulated affordable housing deals. He earned two master’s degree in Real Estate & Engineering Management and he uses that education to take a sophisticated approach in addressing his clients’ real estate needs.
Glenn is also a KW Commercial agent who specializes in Commercial Listings and Investment Sales, especially Multifamily, Mixed-Use, and Student Housing. His ability to efficiently and effectively manage deal complexities through their life cycle directly correlates to successful advisory relationships and seamless sales transactions.
Prior to starting his career in Commercial Real Estate, Gaines founded and successfully operated a Bucks County, PA based design-build firm for over 15 years. There, he managed projects and their timelines from foundation through finish.
With a lengthy career in commercial real estate spanning more than four decades, Bob has put his entrepreneurial skills to good use, developing commercial real estate ranging from raw ground to fully leased product. Although a majority of his developments are located in the Greater Philadelphia market, Bob has handled projects across the nation, including locations for multinational Fortune 500 companies such as Chase Manhattan, Boeing, Squibb and Honda. He has experience as both an owner and asset manager, and has structured and financed properties in all property sectors.
Frank is a Property Manager with KPG Commercial Management, and he also handles the company’s construction oversight efforts. With a keen eye for detail, Frank has an excellent understanding of how to manage property operations and foresee potential problems. His meticulous personality is well suited to managing the construction and tenant fit-out projects performed by KPG Commercial Management, with the many permitting and contractor issues that often need to be managed.
Cheryl is an Assistant Property Manager at KPG Commercial Management. Cheryl is an incredible talent, with a knack for working with people, and solving problems. In her daily routine, she typically answers complex maintenance needs by coordinating multiple vendors and professionals, providing great customer service to the tenants at the company’s properties. Her communication skills are greatly appreciated, both inside the company and with all of the parties with whom she interacts.
After several earlier careers, Betty began working with Bob and has spent the last thirty years in commercial real estate, becoming an expert in several concentrations, including leasing and property management. As Senior Vice President, she has interacted with tenants, third party brokers and legal counsel on both new leases and tenant retention. Given the relatively small size of the company, she’s worn many hats, including head of property management, marketing, human resources, and supervisor of Information Technology.
A graduate of Drexel University, Amanda is a Property Accountant for KPG Commercial Management. Amanda assists Lisa with managing all tenant collections and tracking accounts payable and receivable. Despite having joined the firm in 2018, Amanda acts as if she has been handling her responsibilities for a more than a decade. Her attention to detail is appreciated by everyone.
